Terms and Conditions

Wedding orders with more than one month notice: To book your wedding and get on our calendar, we require at least a 3 months notice or as soon as possible and 30% deposit required from estimated price from the quotation. This deposit will be deducted from the final outstanding balance, but is non-refundable should you cancel for any reason with less than 3 months notice.

Wedding orders with less than one month notice: We cannot promise flowers and design but we will try our best to make the wedding flowers as similar to the photos and/or to the design as possible. I will book your wedding day immediately once you have confirmed and have paid the full amount in one transaction at least 4 days before the wedding day – non-refundable.
